De retour !!

Une petite photo de mon bébé de 19 mois. Je dis toujours que vers 18 mois c'est l'âge le plus difficile à photographier. Il ne veulent absolument pas faire ce qu'on demande et rien ne fonctionne pour les encourager. Mais on réussit quand même toujours à avoir des résultats pas pire en voici la preuve. Quelques minutes ont suffit pour "attrapper" la mienne!

Spring = babies

This is a busy time of year for me, lots of things going on and with the beautiful weather we try and stay outside as much as possible. I am now booking for May (newborns only) and will start booking family and other sessions for June. Send me an email if you are looking for a date. As a mother of girls I am always happy when I get to photograph boys. They are so full of energy and so much fun (read - a lot less DRAMA!!)

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family yesterday. Sharing a few of the kids as they are too cute not to share. The twins were just the cutest babies.

I love these! Mini 3 x 3 accordion albums. They are printed on both sides and include a custom photo front and back cover.

Our life in black and white

My favorite photographs are the ones that are not staged. Simple and real and honest moments that you capture and hold onto for years to come. I tend to forget to take snapshots of my family just as we normally are. So today I did just that. I sat in my oldest' room while she and her sister played with some toys with their dad. I am sharing some of those moments with you.

While I am at it

2009 was a great year for us. I got to spend most of the year at home with my new baby girl. I could post some of my favorites of 2009 but frankly there are so many pictures and so little time. I came upon this picture earlier today and although it's not one of my favs I am really happy that I have it. I have so few pictures with my kids since I am always behind the camera and frankly very happy to be there. But seing this picture reminds me of how quickly our babies grow up and how one morning you wake up and your baby is now a walking and talking toddler. Ellie is about 4 months in this picture and here she is just a few days ago. Enjoy every moment, even if it is a crying and tantrum kind of moment! And don't forget to take lots of photos..

Been gone too long!

Life is busy when you have kids!! I have not posted a lot recently but wanted to share this one :) Definitely one of my recent favorites.

Was how new this little guy was. I don't always post pics of my sessions I wish I had more time to do so but this little one was too cute!

At 8 days old (or should I say new) he is already ready for Halloween :)

One of my favorite shots from the session was a last minute spur of the moment take. The window light was beautiful and I knew I would love the final result.

Fall photos

Another one of my dear friend. I love the vintage feel of this one. If you're looking forward to seeing more baby photos, I have a few newborns photoshoots coming up in the next little while starting with a brand new nephew tomorrow. I will definitely be posting some on my blog.

I've been lazy!

I haven't been a very good blogger recently. Life takes over sometimes and my blog is not always on top of my list of things to do.
